Vendors are called upon to sign up for an account (Free) which will enable them create their shop on our platform. These shops undergo a two phase verification process (offline and online). This is to ensure the legitimacy of the Vendors and to make sure that they are capable of delivering whatever product they upload. Multiple products from many vendors gives page visitors and/or customers a variety of options to choose from during Shopping.
Shops are expected to set up shop policies on shipping, Refunds and cancellation. Customer's are the advice to read through each shop's policies and make sure that they are Ok with them before issuing a purchase.
Customers are equally allowed to rate vendors after purchase and/or write a review.
